Yes. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the trip date attract a 10% deduction. Cancellations within 7 days of the trip attract a 50% deduction. No refunds for last-minute cancellations (24 hours prior).

VIP Darshan tickets (Shighra Darshan) are generally not included in the standard package price. However, you can book these tickets online or at the counter.

Absolutely! All our packages are customizable. If you want to add a place (like Dewas or Maheshwar) or skip one, just let us know during booking, and we will adjust the cost accordingly.

Bhasma Aarti booking is an online process governed by the temple trust and is subject to availability/lottery. But we cannot guarantee confirmed tickets as it is not in our control.
